Golden Lane Crescent House Pilot flat

As part of the Crescent House Windows project, Studio Partington on behalf of City of London Corporation have used flat 347 in Crescent House to undertake pilot project to refurbish the existing windows, using new-to-the-market 0.5 U-value vacuum glazing, and internal works.

City of London Project Team have opened the pilot flat for residents of Crescent House to view and provide feedback on the work completed. Invited stakeholders include Golden Lane Estate Residents' Association (GLERA), Crescent House Residents’ Liaison Group, Barbican and Golden Lane Neighbourhood Forum, Historic England, Twentieth Century Society, City of London Conservation Area Advisory Committee (CAAC).
