Studio Partington were invited to submit a feasibility proposal for environmental improvements and new build programme, and participate in public consultation with local residents.

Our proposal included high quality mixed tenure new homes evenly distributed throughout the estate with a variety of different sized apartments and a building dedicated to independent living. The new buildings are facilitated by a rejuvenated landscape that increases the overall amount of green open space, retaining existing mature trees and amenities. New paving defines uses and prioritises pedestrian routes.
