SP wins planning for a new apartment building at the Chocolate Works

Delighted to have received planning approval for a new apartment building at the Chocolate Works project in York.

The apartment is key to the original master plan allowing the 325 home development, provided as apartments and family houses, dovetail sensitively into the historic context of the listed Terrys Chocolate buildings (now converted into apartments) and the iconic Clock Tower. The red brick and stone detailing echo the material qualities of the listed buildings which is a constant theme throughout the development
