Farewell and welcome

This summer we bid a fond farewell to Director Victoria Kirk and Senior Architect Darren Buttar who have helped shape Studio Partington for 25 and 10 years respectively! We will be keeping in touch and wish them well in their new ventures. Victoria will bring valuable experience to a teaching role this autumn, switching her interests in employee welfare and social value to impact on her students. Her new primary school and kids are lucky to have her!

 We have also welcomed two new members of staff, Sophie Davies and Alice Davies (no relation). They are both Part 2 Architectural Assistants who have recently graduated from University of Bath. Sophie is an ambitious designer with interests in urban infrastructure, building reuse, technical design, sustainability and natural materials. Alice is motivated by interests in ecology, landscape, sustainability and Passive House design, with strong early experience in practice.
