Housing Design Awards judges visit to Mountbatten View

We welcomed the Housing Design Awards judges to Mountbatten View, Hemel Hempstead in May. Thank you to David Barrett and Ian Johnson, Dacorum Borough Council who hosted the visit and arranged for two residents to share their homes with some of the judges. Our project architects Adam Cornish and Suzanne Davenport alongside Guy Sagal, Bugler Developments (contractor), Nicola Hancock, The Environment Partnership (landscape designer) and Anna Flemming (building services and sustainability) joined to help explain different aspects of the project to the judges.

Here are a few photos of our team, the beautiful planting (maturing nicely) and the dramatic weather (skies of all colours) – we just about dodged the showers. No pictures of the judging itself which is a bit of a blur. Hopefully the rainbow as the judges left is a good omen.
