RIBA future architects student mentoring

The RIBA mentoring site visit has become a yearly favourite. In February, Suzanne welcomed three University of Westminster third year architecture students to our City of London refurbishment project at Golden Lane Estate. This year had a multidisciplinary focus with project manager Nick Condon leading the visit. Thank you to Nick for telling the story of this complex project – of challenges, resident communication, vacuum glazing, resin repairs, ventilation, fire safety, Historic England consultation, asbestos, paint chip analysis, sliding window operation and more! And we enjoyed some sunshine.
