Site visit to York
In July our Director Richard Partington joined an Urban Design Learning site visit to York to share the vision and delivery approach that led to the creation of Derwenthorpe affordable, low-carbon new community in the city. Alongside Richard, Guy Hanson, City of York Council shared the role of the public sector in shaping York central; Lisa Otter, City of York Council guided delegates around Duncombe Square and Alex McCallion, Director of Works & Precinct, York Minster presented the neighbourhood plan and led a tour of York Minster estate.
